Made of 100% Wool felt 1/4″ thick.  Especially beneficial over neoprene and cotton cinches.  Extends the life of mohair cinches and protects during muddy or inclement weather.  Leather protectors behind the buckles, wraps around the cinch, slits for D-ring, velcro closures, fits cinches up to 8 inches wide, easily cleaned by rinsing or spraying with cold water.  Available in several lengths.
